1. Refund Request Deadline:
   If you wish to cancel your registration and request a refund, you must apply at least 48 hours before the exam by sending an email to our official support email.
   No refund requests will be accepted after this time.
2. Annual Fee Clause:
   For users who have paid the yearly fee, no refund will be initiated if the candidate has attempted any one of the monthly exams during the subscription period.
